Before you start

1. Sell the Bitcoin

  1. Open NDAX (web or app) and go to the trade screen.
  2. Choose BTC and select a sell to receive Canadian dollars.
  3. Review the quoted amount and confirm. NDAX charges a flat 0.20% trading fee on every order, any size - there are no volume tiers.

2. Withdraw CAD to your bank

  1. Open the withdrawal screen and choose Canadian dollars.
  2. Pick a rail: Interac e-Transfer (C$1.50 flat fee) or EFT bank transfer (C$4.99 flat fee). Deposits are free.
  3. Confirm the withdrawal. Check the official fee page for current minimums, limits and processing times before moving a large amount.

What it costs

On a C$1,000 sale, the published fees are: 0.20% trading fee (C$2.00) plus C$1.50 by e-Transfer or C$4.99 by EFT - C$3.50 to C$6.99 in stated fees, before any spread built into the quoted price.
